I think that you can pretty much tell if a team is going to go down just by looking at the players they bring in for their Premiership task.

Sunderland bought Andy Gray for ?1 million. I had never really heard of him.

You only have to look at Sunderlands team to see that they don't have enough quality.

Likewise when we were linked with the likes of Jason Jarrett and Hughes the writing should have been on the wall for us.

The board have tried to win back promotion on the cheap and we are paying the price. I hope that they have learnt from this.
