You need spirit and togetherness in this division more than anything. Lots of signs that we now have neither.

Out better players will now be thinking, I don't need this. More money and less abuse if I move, and anyway, this ship is sinking, so why stay?

And given we've been making the same mistakes for 10 games running, more or less, why should we expect that anything on the pitch may cause that to change?

If Adams can turn it around from here it will be an amazing achievement.

Was talking to a mate at work who's a Blackburn fan, and he was struck by the similarities. Which isn't what I wanted to hear.
