and that's the type of manager that gives you the best chance of getting out of this league - a Warnock, a Bruce, a Pulis or, dare I say it, a McCarthy type of individual - not a complete managerial beginner, even if he does come from Man Utd. All managerial appointments are a risk but you do what you can to minimise the chance of it not working out.
