They always seem to have plenty of cash, and now Owen is out for a while, might this not be the final thing that makes them bid for Ashton? Shearer has also confirmed (as far as I know) that he will be retiring at the end of the season.

And yes - Gemma and I will be giving the team our full vocal support on Monday.
