Little Rumour on Ashton

I have heard from a good source connected with club they have no intention of selling Ashton but they have a gentlemans agreement that he can leave at end of the season if City don't get promoted. The way the board are thinking is that Ashton could get them into the premiership if he don't he will probably score around 25 goals this season now city are playing well if he does that they cannot lose his price will only go one way.

Another rumour I have heard is that City have enquired about Earnshaw and although Worthy has said no to Sutton he is playing it cool as he becomes a free agent at end of season and a deal has been struck with Sutton as he is always back in these neck of the woods.

Last rumour is that there have been talks with a wealthy person about investing in City and again a deal is struck but only if they get promoted.
