In 2010/11 West Ham were relegated from Prem, with a turnover of 80.5 million.
Their highest paid Director received 282,000

In 2011/12 West Ham were promoted from Tier 2, with a turnover of 46.2 million. Their highest paid Director received 427,000

In 2012/13 West Ham finished 10th in the Prem, with a turnover of 90 million. Their highest paid Director received ? 1.634 million.

So, in a relegation season, West Ham's chief exec was paid 0.35% of club income
In the same circumstances NCFC paid McNally the equivalent of three times as much (1.1% of income)
