He has made some mistakes but I don't think he's the real problem

It's the other board members. I'm sure that they have the mentality that we're "wonderful, small, family friendly Norwich" and they love it that way.

I won't be surprised if McNally leaves us in the near future to go to a club that can match his ambition.
