What we needed and still need was fresh perspective, not employment from within.
They seem desperate that whoever is in charge has some kind of connection to the club, I honestly think they believe that this is what the fans want. Family club and all that.
Other than that I couldn't and still can't see any reason to have him in the job.
This season is going south fairly quickly
