Sutton for Ashton

Can you think of a better short term replacement for Ashton than Chris Sutton ? I cant. Typical Worthington disinformation in public. If Dean is to go Worthie needs to find a similar replacement. He would be able to afford a small transfer fee and Sutton`s wages for the rest of the season and would be much cheaper than buying a replacement as good as Sutton. If we go up we would also then have the premier money to buy a longer term replacement . If we do not go up Sutton will be a useful medium term and committed addition to the squad.

Wothie would also have more transfer money available to strengthen the squad elsewhere. Ideally Dean will stay and if we dont go up look to get Sutton when he isout of contract at the end of the season. But if he goes Sutton plus one or two other players will be the second best scenario.
