As someone mentioned down below it is extremely likely that if Ashton does go Worthy knows who he wants to replace him.

Worthy is not that complacent not to have someone lined up. I am pretty sure he also knows the other players he wants to buy from any sale.

If we do sell Ashton we will have to make all our signings at the same time, these things have to be syncronised so that we don't get shafted by clubs knowing we have money.
