Try and bring Bassong back into the fold.

That is not to defend Bassong's alledged behavious which was out of order. But it seems to be a situation which is largely personal between him and Adams and so a new manager coming in may offer the opportunity to sort it out. Ditto with Hooper who continues to be largely snubbed.
