I think Adams should be given more time........

I had severe reservations about his appointment (mainly because of the Chelsea match) and wanted Lennon but that ship has sailed.
I don't think we give up anything by waiting till mid December.

(1) If we do make a change it gives the new guy a chance to evaluate the squad and have the whole of the window to wheel and deal.

(2) Better qualified candidates with championship promotion experience may become available if clubs in the PL pull the trigger, which many do in December.
