That's not really true
Hughton wasn't lacking in organisation and tactics, they just weren't the tactics than a lot of fans wanted to see.
Adams has tried to play to the crowd with attacking tactics - but has no idea how to organise a defence, so unless we need to score 2 or 3 a game to win.
