On here, I get frustrated. Way too easily. Why?

I tend to make my mind up about a manager - and especially a team - pretty quickly. That doesn't mean I then become entrenched or something; it does mean that mentally, I either get more and more exasperated; or alternatively, it's like I just switch off.

I do think you can tell pretty quickly by the way. It was very clear where Lambert was taking us very fast; it's equally clear where Adams is taking us, and has been for months now.
