Sorry guys but he has to go

I don't blame NA. Of course he's going to take the decent job that is offered to him which, as has now been proved, is well above his capabilities. I blame the Board entirely and Delia and Michael in particular for wanting to appoint 'thoroughly nice chaps' on the last two occasions when tactical awareness and an ability to get tough have been necessary requirements. Right now I would go for Eddie Howe.
