Adams weakness/lack of managerial credibility is behind 2 of our main problems

Whilst Bassong was out of order the situation that has resulted in him being banished flows from the fact Adams was not seen by him as a credible appointment.

Martin was installed at CB because of a desperate need for the new manager to win over a "dressing room leader" early in his reign.

Had we appointed a manager with a bit of credibility both situations would probably not have arisen. In turn Shittaker probably also would not be playing and we would be stronger all round.
