Far from my favourite place in Cambodia TBH but

there's quite a few bars around the lakeside area. I guess the must see thing for most people would have to be the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. One of the most harrowing places I have ever visited. You can also do The Killing Fields (the film by the same name is a must watch if you want to know more about the tragic recent history of the country). There is also landmine museum in the countryside that i found quite interesting.

Keep in mind that it is fairly young country, you don't see many old people there and also there are a lot of people without an education still. You will see lots of children working and be approached by many, some will offer you tours. Whether you accept their offers or not is up to you but it is a fairly controversial issue amongst tourists who visit Cambodia for obvious reasons.

There's plenty of other things to do, wildlife tours, cycling tours...etc...other museums too.

Always agree a price before you get on a tuk-tuk or in a taxi. Don't argue, just get out if you feel uncomfortable or threatened.

I'd urge you to avoid the sex tourism industry that exploits young girls which a lot of westerners seemed a bit obsessed with. Also be aware that there are fairly high HIV rates there due to lack of sex education in the society. But apart from that I can't think of much to avoid, most people are friendly, I enjoyed the majority of the food I had and the drinks are cheap. Football is always on the telly, if not just ask them to put it on but in just 3 days you probably have better things to do there.
