I am going to stick with Adams whatever, his appointment is not a short term plan, I want

to see him as a Dario Gradi type figurehead at our club. As for the team I would like to see a midfield 3 with the 2 full backs really pushing on, 2 strikers and Redmond just given a licence to roam.
