Neil Adams is a really nice guy which of course was the overriding qualification in getting him the job as manager of NCFC. He has by far the strongest squad of players in the Championship but quite simply he has lost the plot in terms of tactics and getting them to play with any confidence. I don't see this changing any time soon and a yawn of a season now beckons.
How nasty can you get David?!
