regarding ncfc at the moment.
I agree. It is obviously silly to get hysterical given that we were top until today but in all fairness we haven't been convincing for a while and there are areas of concern.
Why have a squad if you don't use it? Why buy centre backs and keep playing Russ Martin there? Why play Grabban wide on the left? Why is BJ undroppable? Why not start Murphy who almost always looks a goal threat?
Why can't Redmond score a goal? Why are we still so poor from set pieces? Why do we always always always start so badly?
If we don't improve our home form mid-table beckons and if that happens then the 'Adams was a cheap option' arguments will resurface and rightly so. The Board did go cheap and two or three weeks ago they must have thought Christmas had come early. Not so sure now.
As for other possible managers (as discussed below) whilst Pulis was pretty much vilified whilst at Stoke his stock rose dramatically at Palace and with our squad I reckon he'd take us up with a five point winning margin.
It wouldn't be pretty, mind.
