Far from a crisis but there are worrying signs

Bradley Johnson is a specialist in failure and must be replaced ASAP. Grabban not quite good enough, I was torn on him but last three full matches I've seen he hasn't been up to the level we need him to be. Adams needs to swallow his pride and recall Bassong. Murphy has to be given a start soon as well. Not sure what to make of us dominating the ball but not scoring. We didn't test their keeper enough today though. We became too predictable as the match went on we always looked to Redmond or Murphy on the wings to produce something. Some of the older professionals need to step it up a bit. We need more of a leader on the pitch. We need to make sure we don't make any more amateur mistakes like missing two penalties and being penalised for foul throws.
