More wrath wisdom needed please

I've got to translate the title of a book into English. It's a book about a girl and her eventually unsuccessful struggle with cancer and it's for a cancer charity, so I need to get this right.

The Spanish title is "El otro Lado del Camino", which literally means "The Other Side of the Road" in English.

In Spanish it's a reference to "the other side" i.e. heaven, afterlife or whatever, but can also be a reference to another point of view, etc.

However, my problem is that they don't like "The Other Side" very much, and it's a bit too obvious for my liking as well. They want it to be "the other side of the road" since the charity is called Fundaci?n Camino and they plan on doing something similar in English.
I say that "the other side of the road" doesn't really carry the same connotations as in Spanish.

Any ideas? or do you think "the other side of the road" works fine in English and carries the right implications?
