Is it normal for people to be allowed to go clubbing when on trial/bail for murder?
Just reading about the Pistorious thing and how he was involved in a nightclub scuffle in July with some bloke who may now give evidence at his sentencing hearing.
WTF? Out clubbing whilst on trial for murder!
Things like this just make you think he's going to get a cushy suspended sentence. Been on bail since the outset, out clubbing with friends during the trial, everyone in court seems to be laughing and joking now the main trial is over and now with the probation officers comments it really seems to me like he may avoid going to prison at all. Staggering really.
