But hang on, there's a flaw in the narrative

Worthy has obviously realised that JJ isn't very good, because he farmed him out to Plymouth, and shipped in Robinson and Etuwhituwu.

Therefore, he doesn't think much of JJ.

Plymouth, however, seem to like him.

Therefore, surely even Worthy can see that the sensible thing to do is to let JJ go on a free to Plymouth, and use the saved wages to get someone better in?
