Around 2008 I used to listen to Russell Howard and Jon Richardson's podcast

The RH started to get more famous through Mock the Week

Jon Richardson then took over the show, and had Matt Forde come in to do various tasks and features

I know that Forde has had some links with politics and has links to the conservative party

I'd pretty much guess that Richardson is trying to give Forde a leg up through the media
