NBTTT - Speeding. Just checked back on here, was driving (!). Told the DVLA that

licence was never received. I don't actually NEED a car so I'm not going to drive till this is all sorted out. I'm quite happy to take a ban and start again really.

Erm, not me, I mean the person in this hypothetical situation doesn't need a car and is happy to take a ban.
