I think its important the whole squad buys into what we are trying to do.

By having a super deep squad it gives us the best chance of getting promoted over a long season.....P{art of being a professional is making other players around you better by pushing them to be better.

I also think players are far more excepting of not playing when the club is winning, playing well and scoring goals.
They know it would be unfair to drop players in that situation.
