Worst toilet I ever saw was in Spain, in a cute little village in the Pyrenees.

In the main village square, a pleasant little cafe / bar. It's hot, we fancy a cold one and I want to crimp a length of dirty spine. I wander into the back where I expect to find the servicios and indeed it is there. However, lo and behold! A sight that I was not expecting: a bog that would rival that in Trainspotting. It looked as if someone had died of dysentery, very recently, but not without a fight and a violent one at that. I didn't hang around long but I just knew that someone would be waiting when I stepped out, which of course happened. What to say? Sorry, it wasn't me? Anyway it was so at odds with the surroundings that we had to stay and have a drink at least.
