So this referendum business could work out ok after all then!
UK intact and will remain so for the forseeable and as well as giving the Scots their greater devolution the Government now has no option but to sort out the West Lothian situation and give the English more say over English affairs as well.
I really don;t see why each of England, Scotland, Wales and N Ireland cannot have their own parliament voting on their own affairs but combining to consider UK wide matters. What i slightly struggle with though is how we have ended up with the situation whereby the MSP's are different to the MPs for the same areas within Scotland which is what i understand is the case.
Why can there not be a single MP who fulfills both roles or am i being a simpleton?
