How it works is...
If you dial 1899 before a phone number then you pay 1899 for the call rather than BT. If you forget to dial 1899 then you pay BT for the call as normal.
The 1899 invoices show each call, duration and cost of each call etc.
They only charge your payment method once your invoice reaches over a certain amount so it can take months before you get a bill to pay cos the calls are so cheap.
