Wtf! Do you work for NPOWER.?...

This is all getting very familiar!! :) short of going through all my paperwork I don't know pants...it was about 2 years...actually paid them about ?2000 according to the wife,we agreed an amount of say ?150 a month,and would then get a bill for ?300...agree that and get a completely unrelated amount the next demand.shocking bookkeeping.
