Can anyone explain it to me?

I'm assuming its going to be a similar stream to Saturday? 1 fixed camera, no replays. It seemed to be a bet365 stream. I'm assuming that this stream would be available to bet365 people but only those out of the country?

So could you use a vpn to trick a bet365 account into thinking you were somewhere else and then watch the stream without it having been re-broadcast to many people?

Someone talk me through where its come from please!?
