Just walked past a newsagent and even by
It's own 'Little Britain' standards the Daily Mail has excelled itself. Basically it's front page is dedicated to a story that suggests sales of powerful vacuum cleaners are going through the roof because those nasty controlling faceless Brussels bureaucrats are 'banning' anything over 1600 watts! You couldn't make it up. Trouble is that at face value it looks all so innocent but once again it'll appeal to the bigots and ignorant that their lives are being trampled on by some tyrannical foreigner. What a way to sell papers. To feed off the publics insecurities. Awful despicable rag. Rant over, sorry! Come on City would love another three points today.
