Two potentially exciting signings but.....
Flipside (and I guess it's a nice problem to have) is that we are going to have some seriously decent players at this level sitting on the bench for large chunks of the season. At present can't really justify dropping anyone and we already have Hooper and Howson to come back and the likes of O'Neill, Jerome and Murphy (part of me does not want to sign another promising young winger when we have a couple already who cant get in the side) knocking on the door. Neil will have to be adept at man management to maintain the high level of togetherness that seems to be developing.
If the Belgian signs then I reckon Surman may be allowed to go to Bournmouth.
