You can coach crossing, you can't teach that natural pace and ability

to beat players. He, like Josh Murphy, has all the attributes to be an excellent player. I want it to be for us not the likes of Stoke.

Even when he does not play well and is frustrating he still has the opposition on the back foot and worrying about him which frees up more space for others.
