Although if that is the figure the club has given to the radio then it must be the absolute max and the "up to" is probably quite crucial.

Anyway at least it may be the end of the sales (of players we want to keep) and we can sign a couple and then just get on with things. As a champ club the transfer window is a bit of a nightmare.
