It's very dispiriting
I'm trying my best to remain positive about our prospects this season, for instance by not commenting on the result on Sunday and trusting that Adams just needs time to find him best team. But when I hear this kind of news, it's difficult to fight the impression that everything we've built over the last few seasons is disintegrating. We're on a stinking run of form, we've sold one of our best players to one of our main competitors in this league and so far it's hard to see how we've strengthened. I hope we've got reinforcements on the sidelines or I fear this will be a rather miserable season.
