Basically.....

If you are not sure don't touch it but if you are confident then you will need some sensor cleaning swabs. Make sure you get the right swab size for your sensor. Not sure if your DSLR is full frame or not. Fully charge the battery, put the camera on bulb and open the shutter, ( this gives you access to your sensor). Fluid on the swab as per instructions that will come with the sensor cleaning kit, normally just one wet swipe down followed by one dry and that is it, no more. Take a test shot as often you may have to do it again. As I said earlier though, if you are not sure it's best not to touch it and leave it to a professional.
Ps for gods sake do not touch the sensor.
