It seems like we've reached
or are certainly reaching one of those points in a club's life where a fundamental change is needed. I think the last time we were here was when Gunny was sacked.
Then it was out with the old and in with a completely new regime which owed absolutely nothing to what had gone before.
What we currently have is a supposedly 'new' structure but actually one which harks back to the past. Gary Holt, Neil Adams, promoting Ricky Martin, even briefly employing Joe Royle.
It's just so clearly unprofessional and just what we ought to have left behind. Ireally hope I'm wrong but I honestly think we need to look for a manager with totally fresh ideas.Yesterday, as many have said, was just a poor rehash of the last one and a half seasons.
The problem I foresee is that having insisted upon some bizarre management structure dreamed up by God-knows-who and offered long contracts our amateur 'little Norwich' Board is not going to be willing to change anytime soon. I'd say we're stuck with this for the season.
We will be mid-table at best IMHO
