Saw a rumour earlier about Southampton bidding for Fer and Redmond
And whilst its probably complete bullsh*t it got me thinking about the point at which we just say no more players are for sake regardless of the money being offered. I'm kind of reconciled to the fact Fer might go and provided we get good money I could live with that but Redmond seems to be so integral to how we want to play this season I would be really f**ked off if we sold him as well.
So far the attitude has tended to be no sale unless someone offers silly money but if we say got ?10m for Fer are we not then in the position where certain players should not be sold even if there is silly money on the table just because we don't need the money and ultimately we must not lose sight of our goal of promotion?
