Just saw the Ricky deal

Now I can understand why it took so long to get sorted - amazing deal for us TBF.

In fairness, getting a potential 15.25m, just from selling Snodds (final year of contract) and Wolf (unmitigated disaster signing) is fantastic business by the club.

If we keep this level of negotiation up, I don't think we will lose many more players, as we will be asking for such ridiculously high prices. The news that 'arry has now gone off in a huff over Fer, confirms this.

Bottom line for me, keep the current squad together, and get one or two more players in (two defenders ideally), we will be top 6.

I'm an optimist :-)
