Credit where credit's due
today was a vastly improved performance particularly in the second half once Hughes had gone off. The main reason for the improved performance is that we tried to pass the football rather than hoof it aimlessly forward. Keep passing the ball and we WILL win more games than we lose but we need to keep doing it.
My only real concern after today is what happens now that Wright returns to Wigan regarding the right back position for the next few games. Personally, I don't rate Jurgen Colin but it would appear to be our only option other than move Fleming to right back (iffy against pace) and bring Shacks back (if fit) or Charlton (risky) at centre half alongside ginger pele.
Otherwise it has to be the same starting line up as today with Etuhu replacing Hughes.
