oh the irony. sent an angry complaint letter to HSBC as they have taken 12 weeks to get
no where with opening our new hockey club bank account.
the customer complaints team replied and said please tell me your account number and sort code...
WTF?! I just wrote to complain that you haven't opened the account so I don't have one you tits!
