Vlookup Example

List1000 ids in column A of sheet1

in column B copy this formula down

=NOT(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,smallerlist,1,0)))

name the smaller list range "smallerlist" or something else or use the range A1:A500 etc from the other worksheet

TRUE means a match
FALSE doesn't
