Not a chance
Yes he might be a good manager but he shouldn't want to come here.
Remember that for several years the club deliberately played a certain song before every home game so that we could tell Burley to 'f**k off' and call him a 'sad Scottish bastard'. Would he want to work for these people?
And as for our fans, one question.
Would it feel right to chant the name of a man whose wife we called a whore, and himself called a c**t on several occassions?
Wouldn't feel right if you ask me. Anyone would feel alright with this?
Kevin Keegan is the one for me. He is the Huckerby of the managerial scene. Noone knows if he is good enough to manage at the top level of the premiership, but he is too good for the championship and would guarantee us promotion next season. Plus he is out of work and loves Dean Ashton, so would love to come and work with him.
I just want someone with passion and who will get us playing attractive, attacking football. He is the opposite of Nigel Worthington. Nice guy as well and will admit when he is not up to it (England). Please take note Nigel.
