lool nah, only for my smart card issues and computers not working but that...

was a normal occurrence frankly!! Use to be easier when we had local "Flism" (never knew what it stood for, don't think anyone did) and you could just grab someone to sort it. Then it all changed so instead of things taking 10 mins, it took 3-5 days, or 1-2 or whatever depending on severity. Very frustrating place to work, but I miss it, well, lot's of the people and the customers actually, I understood them!
