I'm hoping he'll keep his job. My nightmare scenario is that things go badly,

fans start to moan (the wrath becomes unbearable) and Neil gets the sack.

He'd then probably then go off to Manchester where he'd play golf and we'd only see him fleetingly in the odd interview and you'd be able to detect a slight bitter tone in his voice.

I'd hate that.
