Never in NCFC history have we ever known so much about how the manager thinks

We must've listened to Adams co-commentate and deal with normals post-game hundreds of times over the years.
He has firm ideas about the same, is intelligent and has good insight. I might worry a bit about the man management side of things, but that's probably the easiest thing to learn.
I'll love it right off if this works out well.
