why would malky apply, attend interview then refuse the job, seems strange

he settled with Cardiff to become a free agent. if he wants the west brom job then he should have told Norwich earlier. but of course he may have declined immediately after lennon left Celtic and hopes he gets that job, which probably will be easier than managing Norwich
