We ran a competition in some trade press last year, the prize being

2 tickets to the Euro finals. We were told to either pull it or face being sued. Legally you can't give tickets as a prize without prior agreement from the main sponser, who was coca-cola or Fosters or something. Even though we had already bought and paid for the tickets.
